Once the furniture arrives into our warehouse we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time. We try our best to work around your schedule. When you have arranged the delivery we will ask for the remaining balance to be paid prior to the delivery day, this may be done in store or over the phone.
Please note we are only able to deliver goods to the address that is registered to your credit or debit card. If you require us to deliver to a different address, we will need to contact you to go through a couple of security questions.
In most cases our deliveries are carried out by our own drivers and vehicles however in some instances where the postcode is further than 50 miles you may receive a third party courier.
We can offer AM or PM delivery slots as we know life can be very busy sometimes! If you need further notification you can request a phone call from the driver once he has left the previous drop and is on his way too you.
Once we arrive, our expert delivery team will take the items to room of choice, remove all packaging and if required assemble. The drivers will then ask you to inspect the goods and ask you to sign to say you are happy with the service and the product.
On the odd occasion we can not deliver due to the customer not being at the property or poor access we will return your order back to our warehouse. There may be a restocking fee but we will discuss this with you via telephone.

Yes you will be given a time slot. If you need additional notification the driver can call you prior to your delivery.
We can do this however we need as much notice as possible. For security reasons we will need to ask for additional information to support the reason as to why you wish the change the delivery address. This is to protect you as a customer and us as a business.

- Tenancy Agreement
- Mortgage offer letter
- Bank Statement
- Utility bill
Passports and driving licenses are also valid forms of id to be shown along with one of the above items of proof.
You can send this via email or bring it to our store.
If we have booked a delivery and you are not in we will leave you a card. We must emphasise that the delivery time slot given is an estimate, there may be rare cases of delays due to traffic that cant be predicted.
There will be a re-delivery charge of £40.
