What is your delivery charge?

Absolutely nothing! Our expert 2 man delivery is free of charge.

Do the delivery men take the bed upstairs or to room of choice?

Of course we do and thats with no additional cost. We take all of the items to the room of choice, no matter how many flights of stairs, remove the packing and let you inspect before we leave. We are certain you will be very impressed with our service.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. You will then receive a phone call, within 48 hours to discuss delivery. If your order is not in stock and is to be made such as a handmade mattress this will have a lead time of 3-4 weeks therefore, we will reiterate this over the phone and then contact you closer to the time to set a delivery date that is convenient for you. If the item if you have ordered is on a lead time of 2-3 days, we will again call you within 48 hours to discuss a delivery date that is convenient for you.

Do I have to wait in all day for my delivery?

No! When we call you to discuss a delivery date, we will also ask you what time is best for you. This way we can work around your schedule. Great for if you have a school run!

Which payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Am I able to exchange or return my item after delivery?

If you have placed your order online, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return your item. However due to personal hygiene if the bed/mattress has been slept on or if it is not in its original packaging we will not accept returns. Please note a collection fee will be charged of £39.

I haven't had my mattress for long (roughly 1 year) and its faulty, what should I do?

Please send an email to sales@saso.co.uk with a description and images of the faulty item. We will then analyse and arrange for an experienced technician to come and inspect the item and evaluate whether this needs replacing due to a manufacturing issue. Depending on the warranty or guarantee we will then discuss the options of a replacement.

Can I change or amend my order?

Of course you can. As long as you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order we can either add or change.

Can I cancel my Order?

Yes, just give us a call and we can arrange this for you.

My bed has some parts missing, what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange for the missing parts to be sent out.

What do I do if my items arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged please contact on our customer care department and we will be happy to help. In the meantime please forward images and brief description of the damaged item to sales@saso.co.uk so we can speed up the process. You have 48 hours to report this.

I want to place a large order for my business?

Do you sell special size beds and mattresses?

We certainly do. Call our sleep consultants now for more information.

Can you assemble my furniture or bed?

Yes absolutely. Even though this is an additional cost of £30 it is well worth it! You can either add this once your items are in your shopping basket or contact us and we can add this for you.

I dont like what I have ordered, can I return this even though its been delivered?

Yes you have 14 days to return the items. Please note a collection fee will be charged of £39.

I have no idea where to start when purchasing a bed or mattress?

Dont panic! Contact our sleep masters and we will talk you through many options and explain everything!
